HOW TO RETURN A BEAUTY OR MAKEUP ITEM/ORDER

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. 

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

• Print the return label you'll receive by email 
• Add the items you would like to return inside the box, and stick the label on the outside 
• Drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point:

  Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept items that are returned damaged, opened, or incomplete.
