How can I return an item?

To return any item, Rabanne provides you with a pre-filled and pre-paid shipping label to stick to your package before dropping it off at a mail service desk.You can use the pre-paid and pre-filled return label within 14 days from the day you received the order.We will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 business days from the date your parcel is delivered back to our warehouse.Please bare in mind the product must be unused, sealed and in perfect conditions in order to be returned.
