I made an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What to do?

Sometimes the order confirmation email can take a while to be sent out. We suggest to also check the spam and promotion folder in your inbox. If you still haven't receive a confirmation, we suggest to get back to us asking to speak with a Brand Ambassador so we can investigate further.
