How can I return an item?

To return any item, we provide you with a pre-filled and prepaid shipping label to attach to the package before handing it over at a postal service counter. The Customer may request an exchange or return within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that the product must not have been used, must be sealed, and in perfect condition to be returned.
